Our OnePass® service has you covered. It has all these toll agencies and toll plazas covered. Wherever your business is located, we have you covered. Wherever your vehicles drive, we have you covered.

A huge industry shift has occurred over the past ten years, with more toll plazas becoming “cashless”. No way for your drivers to pay for their tolls. They just drive your vehicles, and the bills come in the mail to the registered owner of the license plate – you! That’s where the GTS OnePass® network kicks in. We register your vehicles in our network, pay the tolls immediately for you, and get the toll transactions on-line. We quickly and accurately match the tolls to the drivers of the vehicles. And help you avoid added toll fees.

Implementation

The GTS service can be up-and-running fast, usually in just one to two weeks. And it takes very little effort on your part. We are already integrated with many of the rental and fleet management systems in the market.

GTS will work with you to establish a toll policy consistent with others in your market and region. GTS doesn’t prescribe a one-size-fits-all approach. We have many models available for you to choose.



GTS charges no implementation fee. GTS does not require a minimum contract period. You can cancel at any time. We make it easy to give it a try!

Customer Service

Customers using your vehicles receive itemized Toll Invoices, showing each toll transaction with vehicle license plate, date, time, toll plaza, toll agency, and toll amount. These Toll Invoices include the phone number for our OnePass® customer service center, to help answer any questions customers may have. These also include our OnePassTolls.com website where customers can sign up to receive emails and text messages of their tolls during vehicle use.

Becoming a Client of GTS, you too receive our special attention. There is access to our on-line portal, to track and monitor all activity in real-time. There is access to our management team to ask questions. There is unlimited ability to seek changes, like adding a new location or changing a toll policy detail. We monitor the industry and alert you when significant changes may impact your customers and/or your vehicles. We even will stop by from time-to-time to see how things are going. GTS strives to be your business partner – we want you to be successful!

Citation Processing

Vehicles have a way of generating infractions beyond tolls. Tickets for running red lights… for speeding… for improper parking… More cities today have expanded these enforcement programs with more and more enforcement cameras. And, the cost of these infractions aren’t trivial. Left unpaid, the cost escalates quickly and dramatically.

Once enrolled in our Toll Management Services, it is easy to extend that service to include Citation Processing. GTS works with thousands of jurisdictions in North America. Tickets can be entered into our system, matched to the driver of the vehicle, and charges made to recoup the costs incurred. GTS even does the payment processing to the jurisdiction, on your behalf.
