Toll•Insight®
When you become a Client of GTS, you get access to Toll•Insight®, our state-of-the-art system that processes all your tolls and citations. We believe you should have real-time access to all this activity, whenever you need it. No waiting weeks or months for your data. It provides tremendous detail, so you can audit the service any time.
Toll•Insight® has robust look-up and search criteria. Seek details on a particular rental agreement. On an individual customer. For a particular vehicle for a specific data range. Review totals and trends for each of your locations. Search historical data going back years. Toll•Insight® is hosted using cloud technology, making it fast, accessible, and secure.
Plate Validation
License plates are the key to how toll agencies charge tolls in today’s world of cashless tolling. This means having accurate license plate numbers is critical. GTS understands that mistakes happen. They’re called “typos”. Digits are transposed. Characters are missed. The license plate state is defaulted to the previous one, and people forget to enter the new different one. We’ve seen it all.
Which is why GTS has built complex, AI-enhanced validation routines. When we import vehicle license plate numbers from your system, we run them through this validation logic which looks for any such anomalies. GTS then contacts you to point out possible discrepancies to be corrected. Not only does this validation make our service better, it even helps you make your operation better (e.g., no more rental agreements with a typo for the license plate).
Integrations
GTS has long-established integrations with many systems today: Rental software systems, Dealer management systems, and Fleet management systems.
These integrations are very important. It means you don’t have to update your fleet information in two different places. The GTS Toll•Insight system is kept up-to-date automatically, as we get the vehicle information directly from there. And it gets updated every day, whenever you might add or remove a vehicle from your fleet.
Through these integrations, GTS also matches tolls and citations to the customers using your vehicles. And then uploads Toll Invoices against the rental agreements or loaner agreements in those systems. And then triggers charges using the payment cards on file. Everything happens automatically, saving you lots of time.
If you happen to use your own in-house management system, GTS can even build custom integrations to it, as we have done for many clients in the past. We strive to make our service easy for you to use.
In addition to our integrations, you can build your own integrations using our robust API. Add, remove, and edit vehicles. Obtain toll transactions as soon as we have them. Reconcile your fleet. Use our API to fit your systems and streamline your operations.
Performance Monitoring
Performance monitoring is essential for any high-volume, transaction processing service. This is an area where GTS excels. Our daily monitoring looks for exceptions that might indicate changes occurring at toll agencies. Or anomalies with system processing that need attention.
Trend charts help provide insight to your vehicle use (where are they driving… in case you have policies against out-of-state travel? How many tolls are being incurred… in case you offer an unlimited tolling plan for a fixed amount each day?).
